Radius is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to protect systems, networks and data. Based in Crewe, you’ll join the Cyber Security team, report to the Head of Cyber and contribute to threat detection, incident response and ISMS activities including ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.

You will work with the wider security team to mature SOC processes, implement controls and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure governance and security best practices across the business.

Formación

• Degree level: 2:2 or equivalent in a technical field.
• Strong technical knowledge of cyber security across tech environments.
• Experience with vulnerability management, assessments and remediation.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with IT Ops and business units to implement security controls and improve posture across platforms.
• Identify cyber security risks and recommend mitigations to reduce risk.
• Contribute to design and secure deployment of cloud-based infrastructure and services.
• Work with development teams to embed secure SDLC practices and build secure software.
• Create and maintain cyber security policies, standards and technical docs.
• Monitor security events, perform threat detection and incident response to minimise impact.
• Lead cyber security projects to enhance resilience and compliance.
• Support risk assessments, audits and controls aligned to frameworks.
