Job summary

Radius Consultancy is seeking a Cyber Security Assurance & Incident Response Lead in East London. The role focuses on strengthening security posture through assurance, governance, and incident response leadership while supporting investigations, monitoring, and threat analysis as needed.

Ideal candidates bring extensive framework knowledge, certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC), and hands-on experience with MSSP/SOC operations and third-party management in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in Cyber Security.
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST CSF, GDPR, NIS2 and Cyber Essentials.
• Strong knowledge of EDR, SIEM, IAM, PAM and encryption technologies.
• Experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, Governance, or GRC.
• Experience managing MSSP, SOC activities and third-party management.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber security assurance and incident response efforts.
• Coordinate vulnerability management and security governance.
• Support investigations, threat analysis and monitoring activities.
• Oversee major cyber incidents when required.
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen security posture.
