Job summary

ScottishPower HQ, Glasgow (hybrid) seeks a Human Risk Manager to shape cyber transformation and reduce cyber risk across the SPR organisation. You will lead initiatives to ensure NIS compliance and build a cyber-resilient business.

The role requires experience in threat intelligence or human risk, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and driving behavioural change across teams in a fast-moving environment. Salary from £59,200 with up to 15% bonus and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in threat intelligence, risk or human risk functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Experience in regulated sectors and familiarity with NIS Regulations.
• Proven ability to design and deliver organisation-wide awareness programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cyber security behavioural and cultural change programmes.
• Assess organisational behaviours and identify risks using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Design and deliver awareness campaigns to promote secure behaviours across ScottishPower and Iberdrola.
• Develop measures to assess initiative effectiveness and track improvements.
