Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola group, is seeking a Human Risk Manager in Glasgow (hybrid) with a salary from £59,200 plus up to 15% bonus. You will lead behavioural and cultural change initiatives to strengthen cyber resilience, align with NIS Regulations, and drive training to ensure regulatory compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in similar work, preference for having worked in industrial sectors (energy or otherwise)
• Experience of working as part of a team within a fast-paced and evolving business
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must be a proven team player to work, promote and consolidate efficient team working relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cyber security behavioural and cultural change programmes across ScottishPower and Iberdrola.
• Assess organisational behaviours that hinder cyber security culture using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Design and deliver awareness campaigns promoting secure behaviours across the organisation.
• Tailor communications to diverse audiences across seniority, roles, and locations.
• Develop measures to assess the effectiveness of these initiatives and track improvements in cyber security behaviours.
