SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, is hiring a Resilience Crisis Lead in Glasgow. You will shape crisis management, exercising and resilience programmes across IT, OT and business services while driving improvements and regulatory alignment.

You will coordinate crisis response, facilitate exercises, and report to senior leaders, ensuring robust plans and playbooks and continuous learning from real events and simulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security, operational resilience, crisis management or emergency planning.
• Strong understanding of cyber threats, incident response and resilience principles.

Responsibilities

• Influence how to prepare for and respond to disruptive events across cyber security, OT, risk and leadership.
• Coordinate crisis response activities, support major incidents and facilitate exercises and workshops.
