Job summary

SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, is hiring a Resilience Threat Lead in Glasgow. The role focuses on anticipating and responding to cyber incidents, disruptions and major crises across IT, OT and critical services, embedding resilience culture and delivering simulations and readiness improvements.

You will work with executive teams and regulators, shaping governance and incident response, while leading a team of resilience professionals across SPEnergyNetworks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading resilience, cyber security or crisis management programmes.
• Experience in Critical National Infrastructure or regulated sectors.
• Knowledge of NIS Regulations and NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Crisis Management Framework and playbooks.
• Oversee governance, readiness testing and incident response procedures.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, OT, Risk and senior stakeholders.
• Drive threat-informed planning and realistic simulations.
