Job summary

Ultra Intelligence & Communications in Maidenhead is seeking a proactive Programme/Resource Manager to join the Cyber Centre of Excellence. The role splits 50/50 between advancing project/resource governance and hands-on resource coordination, with a focus on data-driven decisions and robust reporting.

Hybrid working is available. Candidates should show willingness to learn and develop, with strong Excel and PM software skills, and eligibility for the required UK security clearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse resource data and identify allocation bottlenecks
• Meticulous with attention to compliance, governance, and processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for busy PMs
• Strong Excel proficiency and experience with MS Project or similar PM software
• Security clearance eligibility and ability to obtain required level

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Of Programme Discipline by facilitating monthly resource management and liaising with department heads to ensure accurate demand for resources
• Perform data analysis to support SLT decision making
• Keep the Business Management System up to date with processes and practices
• Support project audits (internal and external)
• Support Project Managers by maintaining schedules and coordinating resources to ensure timely delivery
• Organise regular project meetings and track action items
• Ensure project documentation is maintained per PM processes and policies
• Identify risks and issues, develop resolutions, and monitor budgets with PMs and Finance
• Manage change requests and communicate scope/schedule/resource changes to stakeholders
