Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a cyber security engineering or security operations role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing enterprise security platforms.
• Proven ability to work with a SOC and security operations teams.
• Experience engaging with vendor technical support and driving issues to resolution.
• Ability to produce clear configuration documentation and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical configuration and day-to-day engineering of assigned platforms; maintain baseline configs and changerecords.
• Translate group standards into platform policy configurations and ensure consistent application.
• Collaborate with SOC to tune platform configurations for effective detection and response.
• Develop automation and integration workflows to improve platform operations and scalability.
• Support platform deployments, upgrades, and new capabilities as part of transformation programmes.
