Job summary

Anson McCade is recruiting for an OT Security role in Belfast as part of a growing DTCS capability. You will join at Career Adviser to Consultant level, shaping the new OT security team and gaining exposure across industrial environments.

You will work with clients to assess risks, develop security controls and support governance, with a clear path to deeper technical and consulting expertise in a major UK consultancy.

Qualifications

• Interest in OT/ICS Cyber Security.
• Background in OT, engineering, networking, IT security or related fields.
• Familiarity with SCADA, DCS, PLCs or industrial networks.
• Knowledge of NIST, IEC 62443 or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients across OT and industrial environments to assess cyber risks and advise on mitigations.
• Support OT security strategy, governance and architecture within client engagements.
• Contribute to vulnerability, threat and risk assessments for industrial systems.
• Help develop and implement OT security controls and monitoring.

I'm working with a leading innovation and transformation consultancy that is investing heavily in its Digital Trust & Cyber Security (DTCS) capability and is now building out a brand-new OT Security team in Belfast.

They are hiring across Career Adviser through to Consultant level, making this particularly suited to people looking for a genuine step forward in their OT Security career.

What you'll be doing

You'll work across a range of OT and industrial environments, helping clients understand, manage and improve their cyber security risks.

Depending on your level, this could include:

• Supporting OT / ICS security assessments and risk reviews
• Working with clients across critical infrastructure and other highly regulated environments
• Supporting OT security strategy, governance and architecture
• Contributing to vulnerability, threat and risk assessments
• Helping develop and implement OT security controls
• Working alongside experienced cyber and OT specialists to solve complex client problems
• Developing your technical and consulting capability through hands-on client work

What they're looking for

They're interested in people with a genuine interest in OT / ICS Cyber Security, whether you have come from an OT, engineering, networking, IT security or broader cyber background.

Experience with areas such as:

• SCADA, DCS, PLCs or industrial networks
• OT network security
• Cyber risk / security assessments
• NIST, IEC 62443 or similar frameworks
• Network security, segmentation or monitoring
