You’ll oversee a busy incident response team, directing live cases, managing the 24/7 on-call rota, and ensuring effective resource allocation and leadership communication across senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an operations, chief of staff or similar role, managing specialist teams.
• Experience leading people through high-pressure situations, including pastoral care.
• The presence to be credible with senior clients and to hold senior leaders to account.
• Clear, structured writing: you can turn a messy situation into a sharp update or SOP.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all live cases, keep priorities straight and give leadership clear, regular status updates.
• Deploy incident response case managers and practitioners, and own the 24/7 on-call rota.
• Write and own the team's SOPs, playbooks, standard artefacts and risk management processes.
• Track revenue, billing and utilisation, and advise on resourcing.
• Project manage the development of in-house incident response tooling.
• Contribute to bids and proposals, and act as a client point of contact during incidents when needed.
