Job summary

Fruition Group in Leeds is recruiting an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee cyber security projects on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on delivering with strong governance, planning, and Agile practices, working closely with engineering teams.

Initially 3 months, rate £500 per day, Outside IR35, start within 1-2 weeks. The successful candidate will bring structure, control and pace to technical delivery, ensuring effective governance, risk management and clear stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Delivery management experience within technology environments.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile delivery processes.
• Technical competence to discuss complex technical deliveries with engineers.
• Experience delivering cyber security projects.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed project and delivery plans.
• Excellent governance and delivery controls understanding.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, actions and milestones.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of cyber security projects with technical teams.
• Ensure project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, actions and reporting are maintained to a high standard.
• Support strong Agile delivery practices and governance across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and technology stakeholders to maintain delivery pace and quality.
