Job summary

Fruition is seeking an experienced Technical / Systems Analyst to support a leading organisation on key cyber security projects. The role sits between Project Managers and Engineers, driving day‑to‑day delivery in a hands‑on, technically credible capacity.

This role requires understanding complex technical requirements, working closely with engineers, and moving projects forward. The position is based in Leeds with 2 days per week onsite and starts ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar.
• Strong technical ability to work with Engineers.
• Experience within cyber security or information security programmes.
• Experience gathering and documenting detailed technical requirements.
• Experience documenting current and future state.
• Experience in an Azure DevOps environment.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across several concurrent projects and maintain a wider view of dependencies and priorities.
• Hands-on delivery role with ownership of actions through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to support the delivery of multiple technology and security projects.
• Act as the link between technical engineering teams and project delivery.
• Capture and document technical requirements, including current and future state.
• Support technical design and analysis activities.
• Set up, maintain and manage Azure DevOps boards.
• Track actions, dependencies and delivery activity to help keep projects moving forward.
• Work with technical teams to understand challenges, requirements and potential solutions.
• Support requirements gathering for upcoming technology initiatives and supplier engagements.
• Communicate effectively across technical teams, project stakeholders and senior colleagues.
• Work within an Agile delivery environment.
