Job summary

Intact Insurance UK is looking for a Cyber Defence Transformation Analyst based in Horsham to drive continuous improvement, optimise cyber defence tooling and automate processes. The role focuses on enabling scalable, data-driven security aligned to evolving threats and business priorities.

You will define a roadmap, implement automation to reduce manual effort, and embed best-practice frameworks like CTEM and NIST to strengthen security outcomes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber defence tooling, vulnerability management and threat intelligence.
• Proven capability to implement automation using workflows or scripting.
• Knowledge of system integration patterns, APIs and data flows across security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Defining and delivering a roadmap for continuous improvement across cyber defence tooling and operational processes.
• Identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation to reduce manual effort and improve response speed.
• Embedding best practice frameworks including exposure management, attack surface reduction and shift-left principles.
• Establishing metrics to track operational performance, efficiency gains and risk reduction outcomes.
