Job summary

emagine is seeking a Cyber Business Analyst in London on a hybrid basis, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) within financial services. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective stakeholder communication.

You will gather requirements, draft BRs and functional specifications, support testing, and provide MI/KPIs for the BA pillar while coordinating with project teams and CyberArk-based IAM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity and access management within a financial services environment.
• Strong analytical skills for problem identification and resolution.
• Technical proficiency in SQL queries and advanced Excel.
• Degree educated and/or equivalent experience.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks regarding access management (e.g., EBA-ICT, FFIEC).

• Perform requirements gathering and compile formal Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents.
• Engage throughout the Project Development lifecycle.
• Formulate and present proposed solutions to business users.
• Formulate testing approaches, compile test plans, and execute system/integration testing.
• Support business users with user acceptance testing and present test results.
• Complete project/work-stream status reports and elevate issues to management.
• Support Project Managers and business partners; advise on TEC solutions.
• Utilize strong analytical skills for issue resolution and evidence-based findings.
• Maintain excellent stakeholder communication and management.
• Own Risks, Issues, and Dependencies across projects.
• Provide MI/KPIs for the BA pillar.
• Lead by example in adhering to company values and policies.

The Cyber BA IAM role focuses on facilitating cybersecurity solutions, specifically in Identity and Access Management (IAM) using CyberArk technology.
