Vodafone seeks a Cyber Security Lead to design, develop and operate automated security platforms that monitor and enforce Vodafone policies across a global technology estate.

You will partner with distributed teams to deliver secure, scalable tooling and drive DevSecOps practices, with a focus on reducing risk and improving compliance in Vodafone’s network and infrastructure portfolio.

Competenze

• Proven experience using APIs, shell and Python scripting.
• Experience in large Tech Comms or Telecom carriers or Telecom vendors.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, Telecoms or equivalent.
• SAFe certification.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, GSEC.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps.

Mansioni

• Technical direction, design and development of Vodafone cyber security platforms for automated monitoring, detection and reporting of network and infrastructure compliance.
• Collaborates with Cyber Prevent Domain Leadership, Platform Managers and global Cyber Security teams to ensure consistency and risk reduction.
• Provides technical leadership across delivery workstreams and translates security requirements into practical platform outcomes.
• Designs in-house security tooling to replace manual verification with automated, scalable assurance.
• Drives automation across DevOps, network security, vulnerability remediation and reporting.
• Engages with Technology teams, Cyber Security teams, Secure by Design and suppliers to meet operational requirements; communicates issues clearly for decision-making.
• Successful design, development and deployment of cyber security tooling and automation platforms.
• Improved network and infrastructure compliance levels against Vodafone security standards.

Formazione

Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field
