THG Ingenuity is offering a CX Apprentice—Claims, Post Dispatch & Returns within our distribution and courier operations. This 12-18 month Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship provides hands-on experience across post dispatch communications, carrier claims, and returns, with training and guidance from our CX team.

Qualifications

• GCSEs English and Maths at Grade 4 or above, or working towards Functional Skills Level 2.
• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and learning orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate with teams and providers.

Responsibilities

• Support Post Dispatch Communications and improve delivery touchpoints.
• Assist with onboarding couriers and setting up parcelLab configurations.
• Support claims processes, data analysis, and reconciliation with finance.
• Support returns coordination with ZigZag and cross-functional teams.
• Track performance metrics and share insights with stakeholders.
