Job summary

THG Ingenuity is offering a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship in a CX role focusing on Claims, Post Dispatch and Returns. The 12-18 month program includes on-the-job training, with 20% of time reserved for off-the-job learning, and exposure to cross-functional teams within the Ingenuity ecosystem.

You will support post dispatch communications, carrier claims, and returns processes, learning from industry experts while developing data skills and process improvements for a seamless

Qualifications

• Proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with internal teams and external providers.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to track claims and returns performance.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or working towards Functional Skills Level 2.
• Proactively manage your own learning, working closely with your training provider to meet course deadlines and complete tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer for delivery excellence.
• Support onboarding couriers, clients, sites and carrier services, setting up parcelLab/STS configurations.
• Assist with performance reviews of Post Dispatch Communications, maintaining metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a seamless experience and identify revenue opportunities.
• Support analysis of claims data and help identify ways to reduce rejected claims.
• Work with Finance to reconcile agreed claim values and progress outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with Courier, Logistics, BI and Customer Service to support an efficient claims process.
