Job summary

THG Ingenuity is offering a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship in the UK. The role supports Post Dispatch Communications, Carrier Claims, and Returns to deliver a smooth delivery experience for customers and clients.

You will work across Ingenuity and PLC teams with on-site lunches and industry expert mentors guiding your progress through a 12-18 month programme leading to End Point Assessment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4 or above in English and Maths, or working towards Functional Skills Level 2.
• Evidence of proactive learning and ability to meet course deadlines with a training provider.

Responsibilities

• Support Post Dispatch Communications to improve customer touchpoints and manage courier delays.
• Assist with onboarding couriers, clients, sites and carrier services and configure communication flows.
• Support regular performance reviews and reporting with stakeholders and clients.
• Assist with carrier claims processes and documentation and maintain records.
• Support returns management and liaison with ZigZag for cost and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify revenue opportunities and efficiencies.
