Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a Cut & Sew Designer in the United Kingdom for a salary of £35,000 with a mid–late October start. The role focuses on turning design concepts into precise technical packs, CADs, and commercially viable products.

You will work closely with the Design and Product teams, offshore sample rooms, and manufacturers to deliver accurate, market-ready garments. The ideal candidate has fashion-focused technical/design experience, strong Illustrator and CAD skills, and

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical/design roles within fashion.
Excellent Adobe Illustrator and CAD skills.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fit and manufacturing.
Exceptional attention to detail and technical pack creation.
Experience working with offshore factories/sample rooms.
Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines efficiently.
Commercial, solutions-focused approach to product development.
Experience across sleepwear, leisure, activewear or jersey advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop design concepts into accurate technical packs and CADs.
