Job summary

CUT at 45 Park Lane, part of Dorchester Collection, invites applications for a Junior Sommelier. Learn from experienced sommeliers and our award‑winning learning academy to achieve the highest standards in craft, service and leadership.

You will support the Sommelier Team, deliver 5‑Star guest service, and work from 2 PM to 11 PM or 12 PM to 10 PM, gaining hands-on experience in wine service and hospitality within a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented approach to wine service and stock checks.
• Clear communication with guests and teammates during service.
• Ability to work closely with sommeliers, kitchen staff and waitstaff.
• Strong customer service mindset to create a welcoming experience.
• Organised wine stations and service setup/cleanup.
• Keen to learn more about wine and service through training.

Responsibilities
