SUPREME RECRUITMENT SERVICES LIMITED is recruiting a Customs Clearance Clerk to oversee all inbound and outbound vehicle movements and UK domestic deliveries, coordinating customs clearance with customers and internal teams, and interfacing with HMRC systems.

The role requires strong IT skills, logistics experience, clear communication, and accurate record-keeping. Salary £13.50 per hour, Monday–Friday, 2pm–10pm.

Qualifications

• Good IT skills and knowledge of IT systems.
• Experience in the logistics industry.
• Strong communication with colleagues and external customers.
• Preferably knowledge of Customs processes or systems.
• Ability to ensure legislative compliance across processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound vehicle movements.
• Prepare and manage customs clearance between customer and internal operations.
• Interface with HMRC systems and monitor shipment clearance status.
• Provide release notifications to enable cargo delivery or import delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure clear cargo instructions.
