Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is helping a fast-growing Ballymena logistics provider recruit a Customs Clearance Coordinator (Import / Export). The office-based role offers £28,000 - £38,000 plus progression, training and company benefits, with Monday to Friday work.

You will manage the full customs process for imports and exports across GB, NI and IE, prepare declarations, liaise with customers and suppliers, and work in a clearance team of six. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Background in Freight/Logistics.
• Experience in road freight or ocean freight.
• Commutable to Ballymena.

Responsibilities

• Prepare import/export declarations.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers.
• Work in a clearance team of 6.
• Weekly rotating shifts: one week 07:00-16:00, followed by one week 09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday.
