Job summary

Mixpanel seeks a relationship-first advisor to own adoption, value delivery, and AI maturity across a named portfolio of high-value accounts. You’ll own the outcome, connecting investment to measurable ROI and building executive relationships and strategic plans that make Mixpanel indispensable.

You will partner with AE, renewal teams, and cross-functional partners to map customer objectives to adoption milestones, drive product adoption, and surface insights that accelerate growth and customer

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, management consulting, or related field supporting complex B2B SaaS accounts.
• Track record of managing relationships across levels including C-suite.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption and connect product usage to outcomes.
• Experience building and executing strategic value and adoption plans with ROI.
• Hands-on experience with agentic or AI-native tooling (LLM copilots, MCP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own adoption, value delivery, and AI maturity across named high-value accounts.
• Develop and execute success plans aligning customer objectives to adoption milestones.
• Build executive relationships and strategic plans making Mixpanel indispensable.
• Coordinate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to manage escalations and resource delivery.
• Lead enablement sessions to grow Mixpanel usage depth and breadth.
