Job summary

Co-op Digital is hiring a part-time Customer Team Member in Hereford. The role involves supporting daily store operations, helping customers, and maintaining shelves and prices.

You may work in various store areas such as post office, bakery or online order preparation, with training provided. You will be part of a friendly team delivering essential services to the community, promoting Co‑op membership, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service, helping to put things right when needed
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, and contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience
• Help maintain store performance by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy
• Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
• Promote Co‑op Membership and support your local community
