Job summary

Co-op Digital in Liskeard is hiring a part-time Customer Team Member to help deliver friendly, helpful service in-store. You’ll work on the shop floor and tills, assist with post office/bakery or online orders, and contribute to a great shopping experience for customers.

The role requires flexibility across shifts, including weekends. You’ll receive full training, a supportive team, and opportunities to engage with local community initiatives while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Willingness to work across multiple shifts including weekends.
• Interest in retail and a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day store operations with friendly, thoughtful service.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Operate tills and perform in-store tasks to create a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain shelf stock, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with pricing and temperatures.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support local community initiatives.
