Job summary

Co-op Group in Edinburgh is seeking Customer Team Members to provide friendly, helpful service in your local Co-op store. You’ll join a team and assist customers, possibly in the post office, bakery, or helping with online orders for home delivery.

We offer full paid training and a part-time contract of 12 hours per week with regular overtime. Shifts include early mornings or evenings and at least one weekend shift. Applicants must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to apply due to early morning/late night shifts.
• Full paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Assist with store operations to keep shelves stocked and prices accurate.
• Support customers with post office, bakery, or online order picking/packing where applicable.
• Contribute to daily operations to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Promote Co-op Membership and community engagement.
