Job summary

Co-op Digital in Exmouth is seeking a Customer Team Member to provide friendly service on the shop floor and tills, helping stock shelves and support daily store operations. The role requires flexibility across opening, middle, and closing shifts, with weekends essential, and includes full, paid training.

You’ll be part of a team delivering essential services to the local community, possibly including post office or bakery tasks, and helping with online orders for home delivery.

• Able to work flexibly across shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail; experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers on the shop floor and tills.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Maintain shelves, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store standards are met for safety and legality (dates, temperatures).
• Promote Co-op Membership and services to customers.
• Support daily operations to create a positive shopping experience.
