Job summary

Co-op Group in Neyland is looking for Customer Team Members to deliver friendly, helpful service in a busy local store. You will work on the shop floor and tills, helping to keep shelves stocked and support daily operations to create a great shopping experience.

This part-time role includes weekend shifts, early mornings and late evenings as needed, with full, paid training provided. You must be aged 18 or over and will be joining a community-focused employer offering benefits and development

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful service on the shop floor and at tills.
• Help keep shelves stocked and prices/dates accurate.
• Support daily store operations and contribute to a great shopping experience.
• Promote Co-op Membership and engage with customers and the local community.
