Job summary

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member in Glenrothes. You will join a friendly team in a fast-moving store, delivering essential services to the community. The role includes working in post office or bakery settings, handling online order pickups, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

We offer full training, and a schedule with early, middle, and closing shifts, including weekends. A paid training program completes a comprehensive onboarding for new team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Able to work flexible across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Support store operations and contribute to a great shopping experience.
• Promote Co-op Membership and assist customers with services.
• Maintain safety, legality and store presentation.
