Co-op in Nairn is hiring Customer Team Members to join a busy local store. You’ll work on the shop floor and tills, helping customers, stocking shelves, and supporting daily operations. You’ll also promote Co-op membership and assist with online orders where relevant.

Role is part-time at 12 hours per week with regular overtime. Training is paid, and weekend shifts are required. A friendly, community-focused approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with friendly service.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Retail or busy store experience not essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, helpful service at the till and on the shop floor.
• Keep shelves stocked, price checks and stock accuracy.
• Support day-to-day store operations and customer queries.
• Promote Co-op membership and community engagement.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth store experience.
• Adhere to safety, dates, and temperature checks as required.
