Job summary

Co-op Group in Rhyl is seeking a Customer Team Member to support the day-to-day running of the store. The role offers a 14 hour per week contract with regular overtime and part-time permanent status, with closing shifts including weekends.

Full training is provided. You’ll help on the shop floor and tills, keep shelves stocked, promote Co-op Membership, and deliver a great local shopping experience for the community.

Customer Team Member Location: Ty Fry Lane Bodelwyddan, Rhyl, LL18 5TE Pay: £13.04 per hour Contract: 14 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time Working pattern: Closing shifts from mid-afternoon through to late evening.

Will include at least 1 weekend shift which will require flexible availability.

What you’ll do:

• Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service, helping to put things right when needed
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, and contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience
• Help maintain store performance by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy
• Make sure the store safe and legal

As a Customer Team Member, you'll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, helping deliver essential services to your community every day.

Depending on your store, this could involve working in our post office, or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery.

Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
