Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member in Llandudno to join a friendly store team delivering everyday essentials and helping customers with service, including potential post office duties. Full paid training provided and room for development within a values‑driven cooperative.

Your role includes keeping shelves stocked, assisting with pricing and stock accuracy, and offering a warm local shopping experience. Shifts include evenings and weekends; flexibility helps the team thrive.

Customer Team Member

Location: 31-33 Mostyn Avenue Craig y Don, Llandudno, LL30 1YS

Pay: £13.04 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: A mix of opening shifts, middle shifts, and closing shifts. At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend. We’re happy to discuss your availability further at interview.

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op, join us and play a key role in delivering friendly, helpful service in your local Co-op store.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, helping delivery essential services to your community every day. Depending on your store, this could involve working in our post office, or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
