We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities will include providing great service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do

1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service—respond to queries, promote Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
2. Work collaboratively to support your store colleagues in solving problems for customers and members.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant—keep shelves stocked, and check prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services—share experiences and help colleagues learn together.
5. Support your local community by engaging in activities and events.
