Customer Team Member

Location: Balavil Brae, Main Street, Newtonmore, PH20 1DR

Pay: £12.30 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time

Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service on the tills and shop floor, restocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

What You'll Do
  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries and promoting Co-op products and Membership.
  • Support store colleagues and solve customer problems.
  • Ensure store safety and compliance, including stock management and price accuracy.
  • Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
  • Engage with the local community through activities and events.
