You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, and perform tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.
