We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
  1. Friendly and thoughtful service – respond to queries, promote Co-op products and Membership, and ensure a great shopping experience.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues – support your team to solve problems for customers and members.
  3. Maintain store safety and legality – keep shelves stocked, ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
  4. Introduce new products and services – help make changes feel natural and share experiences with colleagues.
  5. Support the local community – participate in activities and events.
