Job summary

Co-op in Bath is looking for Customer Team Members to join our store, delivering friendly, helpful service on the shop floor. Roles may include working in the post office, bakery, or assisting with online orders to ensure a great shopping experience.

Job description

Working pattern: Opening shifts, 6am starts through to early afternoon. Will include at least 1 weekend shift which will require flexible availability. We're happy to discuss this further at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery

Full, paid training provided

You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve either, working before 6am or after 10pm, or some other business-related needs.

We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op, join us and play a key role in delivering friendly, helpful service in your local Co-op store.

As a Customer Team Member, you'll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, helping deliver essential services to your community every day. Depending on your store, this could involve working in our post office, or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
