Job summary

Co-op in Weybridge is seeking a Customer Team Leader to head the store on shifts, guide the team, and deliver great service. This part-time role combines hands-on shop floor work with leadership responsibilities.

Part-time with 12 hours per week plus regular overtime, you’ll work 1pm to late shifts and at least one weekend shift; minimum age 18 for age-related sales. Includes a 30% colleague discount and other benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.

• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth.

Customer Team Leader

Location: 14-20 The Broadway Newhaw, Weybridge, KT15 3HA

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: Closing shifts from 1pm through to late evening. Will include at least 1 weekend shift which will require flexible availability. Additional availability can be discussed at interview.
