Co-op Warrington is seeking a hands-on Store Team Leader to run day-to-day operations, lead the shift, and drive superb service.
You will coach and motivate your team on the shop floor, manage tills, merchandising, and stock accuracy, and support community engagement.

You'll keep our shelves stocked and support sales, helping us offer even more choice and exciting new services to our customers. You'll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know your customers and helping us stay connected with local and national charities. Pay: £12.10 per hour
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview
