Co-op is seeking a part-time Store Assistant to lead a shift, inspire the team and ensure friendly, efficient service on the shop floor.
You will handle stock, merchandising, and customer engagement while supporting store operations and team development. A joiner-friendly role emphasising community connection and member growth.
The role offers £14.48 per hour for 22 hours per week with regular overtime and a comprehensive benefits package to support you both professionally and personally.
You'll keep our shelves stocked and support sales, helping us offer even more choice and exciting new services to our customers. You'll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know your customers and helping us stay connected with local and national charities. Plus, you'll be a champion for Co-op membership, helping to drive the growth of our unique business.
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 22 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview
