Co-op Thames Ditton is seeking a Customer Team Leader to head a small team in a busy store. You will lead shifts, motivate staff, and ensure smooth service on the shop floor, tills, and in the bakery, while helping to drive community engagement.
The role offers part-time hours with overtime opportunities, requires at least some weekend shifts, and focuses on delivering excellent customer service and store standards in a local community setting.
Location: 38 The Broadway , Thames Ditton, KT7 0JW
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 8 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: Closing shifts from 2pm through to 11pm. Will include at least 1 weekend shift which will require flexible availability. We're happy to discuss this further at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
You’ll keep our shelves stocked and support sales, helping us offer even more choice and exciting new services to our customers. You’ll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know your customers and helping us stay connected with local and national charities. Plus, you’ll be a champion for Co-op membership, helping to drive the growth of our unique business.
