Co-op in Wrexham is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small store team during shifts, delivering excellent service and efficient operations.
You will be on the shop floor and tills, supporting merchandising, stock accuracy and community engagement while promoting Co-op membership and local partnerships.
Customer Team Leader Location: Market Street Rhos, Wrexham, LL14 1AF Pay: £14.48 per hour Contract: 15 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time Working pattern: 2pm to 10pm or 5pm to 10pm, with flexible availability across the week to include at least 1 weekend shift.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community.
Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers.
Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
