Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store in Mountain Ash. You will lead a small team, manage shifts, and ensure great customer service while handling till duties and daily operations.

You'll engage with the community, promote Co-op membership, and help grow the store's offering with merchandising and stock control. Training is provided, with comprehensive benefits and flexible pay options.

Customer Team Leader

Location: 12-14 Penrhiwceiber Road Penrhiwceiber, Mountain Ash, CF45 3SP

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
