Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Milton Keynes to run the store on shift, coach staff, and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor and tills. You’ll drive merchandising, keep stock accurate, and champion membership campaigns while delivering great service in a community-focused store.

Customer Team Leader

Location: Block D, Monkston Park Plaistow Crescent, Milton Keynes, MK10 9PN

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: 2 evenings per week to 11.15pm. Evenings will fall between Thursday and Sunday
