Job summary

CO-OP is hiring a Customer Team Leader to guide a small team in a fast-paced store, delivering essential services to your community. You may work in our post office, bakery, or support online services and home delivery drivers.

You'll lead shifts, coach your team, ensure smooth operations, and champion Co-op membership while building strong local connections.

Job description

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.

What you'll do

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview
