Job description

Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting for a Customer Support role at our Retirement Communities Service, Nichols Court, Linton.

Job Details

£12.70 per hour

Part-time hours available – Saturday and Sunday

We are a national, not-for-profit organization committed to supporting our customers' independence and well-being. Your work will make a meaningful difference every day, whether delivering support directly or working behind the scenes to support our frontline teams.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Providing front-of-house reception duties
  2. Developing and facilitating individual and group activities
  3. Promoting and assessing activities to help customers reach their potential
  4. Supporting customers in integrating into the wider community
  5. Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in collaboration with staff
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in developing customer involvement activities
  • Experience working with similar customer groups (desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • NVQ2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
  • Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
