Who we're looking for

We seek a passionate, driven, and dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role involves supporting customers directly via phone, email, and LiveChat, playing a key role in Zego's growth. You will work within a vibrant, collaborative, high-performing team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. This is a fixed-term 6-month contract with potential extension or permanent placement.

What you'll be doing

  • You will work remotely, with options to work from our London or Halifax offices if local.
  • You will assist customers by phone with sales and support inquiries.
  • You will provide professional customer support over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • You will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude, building trust with customers.
  • You will respond promptly to inquiries via email and live chat.
  • You will develop a thorough knowledge of our products to answer questions effectively.
  • You will input customer data into our in-house system.

What you'll need to be successful in this role

  • Proven experience in a high-performing, target-driven customer service environment.
  • A strong advocate for customer experience.
  • Excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and rapport-building abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptability and quick learning skills.
  • Ability to work remotely for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.
