Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to deliver a high level of service to internal and external customers across the business. You will handle enquiries via telephone and email, prepare presentations and reports, and support the broader Client Services team.
The role involves troubleshooting system-related queries, and support for day-to-day operational issues, with a view to learning from account managers in a hybrid working environment.
The role of the Customer Support Coordinator is to provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers across all areas of the business. The role will be responsible for dealing with a variety of enquiries via telephone and e-mail and responding to them using effective communication, whilst identifying and engaging with the key stakeholders involved. The role will also be responsible for customer queries, technical / system requests and changes and supporting the wider Client Services team.
The role is also responsible for trouble-shooting customer queries in relation to system related matters, (Technical Support) ticket printer queries and general day to day operational issues.
Wherever possible we will provide you with feedback, however we are a small team and often we won't be able to do so until after we fill the vacancy.
