Overview

Customer Services Assistant

As Customer Services Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service via multiple methods. You will arrange returns, liaise with sales people and suppliers, and keep accurate records. You will manage the internal goods in and out process and ensure that the stock room is kept clear and organised. You will also manage internal stock items and liaise with sales people to help advertise their sales. On occasion, you may need to provide reception cover during periods of annual leave.

Job Role Responsibilities
  • Dealing with general customer enquiries
  • Processing customer returns using our RMA process, liaising with Account Managers, Sales Support and customers
  • Coordinate the goods in and out process
  • Manage our internal stock items
  • Cover the Reception area as required for annual leave cover
  • Office administration duties – including ensuring the office inbox is clear and organised
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
