Moon Moments is seeking a Customer Support and Sales Associate in London, combining friendly service with confident sales conversations.

You’ll be the first point of contact for the public, handle inquiries, guide sign-ups, and contribute to team targets, with full training from day one.

This role offers earnings between £1,935 and £2,000 per calendar month plus uncapped commission after probation, plus career progression and a supportive environment.

Full training and ongoing support are provided from day one, so all you need is a positive attitude and a genuine interest in people.

About the Role

As a Customer Support and Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for members of the public, engaging in face-to-face conversations on behalf of the charities and brands you represent. Your focus is on providing a helpful, honest, and professional experience - answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding people through their options - while also identifying opportunities to introduce new supporters or customers along the way.
